:: Anti-Aging HGH Supplementation ::

Before we get to the ranking and reviews, we wanted to give you a little background on how we came up with this list of HGH products. We wanted to be a bit different than most sites that just give positive "reviews" on every HGH supplement they sell.

Rather than list and review every product on the market, we thought it would be easier just to list and review the top 5 HGH products that we could find. (we didn't bother to list the products that didn't make the list)

How did we find these HGH supplements? First we did extensive research online, spoke with industry professionals, checked sales figures, and did some consumer polling. Then, we decided to purchase and "test" the top 15 products available to consumers using a variety of criteria.

Finally, we narrowed down the list to the top 5 best HGH formulas on the market today. We'll just tell you up-front that we saw excellent results with all 5 of these products. We also want you to know that we do not sell any of these products (although we'll provide you with reputable stores that do).

It is hard to believe that one component of the human body can be responsible for all these positive effects. But clinical tests have shown these to be benefits of HGH for people of varying ages (generally from 30 to 80).

Recent studies have shown the direct impact HGH has on multiple body functions. By the time you reach 60, your natural production of HGH is most likely to be half of what it was when you were 20. This means that you will have less energy, more body fat, heal slower and have a weaker immune system.

HGH is truly an amazing substance that has been shown to have numerous, clinically proven benefits. In fact, studies published in the New England Journal of Medicine prove that HGH can:

  • Shed Bodyfat
  • Increase Muscle Tone
  • Boost your Energy, Strength, and Endurance
  • Improve Brain Function, Memory and Mental Focus
  • Improve Immune and Heart Function, Bone Density, Healing Time and Cholesterol
  • Improve Sex Drive and Performance
  • Help you Sleep Better
  • Reduce Wrinkles and Create Tighter, Smoother Skin

The glorification of the potential of HGH to “turn back the clock” ten or twenty years and its reputation as “cosmetic surgery in a bottle” and the “closest thing to the fountain of youth we’ve seen” has led to the creation of many worthless, potentially harmful products with inferior quality ingredients and no scientific backing. As a medical professional, I have created this website to help protect you from getting scammed and wasting your money. I will tell you right up front that I don’t prescribe the drug version of HGH nor am I going to sell you a product. I have analyzed and researched HGH and numerous related issues and options and I will try to give you a quick course on what you I think you need to know.

HGH supplements basically serve one of two purposes, both with the same goal- to increase HGH production in the human body. Although many people use one or the other, it is possible to use a combination of both to get the desired result.

The first type of HGH supplement is called a releaser. Releasers provide the "building blocks" of the 191 amino acids that comprise HGH. These are mostly from the L-group which includes L-valine and L-arginine.

The second type of HGH supplement is called a secretagogue. These supplements contain very small amounts of a homeopathic HGH substance. This substance causes the pituitary gland to secrete more of its own natural HGH into the blood stream.

What is HGH?

HGH is produced by the anterior pituitary gland and plays a role in the immune system function, tissue repair, cell replacement, and bone strength. Although HGH levels decrease as you get older, you can supplement HGH naturally into your diet. So where exactly can you get HGH:

  • Exercise- Exercising regularly will slowly begin to increase natural production of HGH.
  • Eat Certain Foods- Certain amino acids, arginine, lysine, and ornithine can promote the body's natural release of growth hormone.

HGH is produced by the pituitary gland in the center of the brain. Everyone naturally has HGH in their body from birth. During adolescence, when we are at an optimal youthful condition, production of HGH is high. However, your HGH levels peak somewhere between the ages of 21 and 30 and then aggressively decline at the alarming rate of 14% per decade.

The majority of natural HGH products are referred to as “HGH releasers”, “HGH Precursors” and “HGH Secretagogues”. Most of these products are nothing more than glorified amino acid supplements that have been around forever that are now trying to capitalize on the popularity of HGH at over-inflated prices. Not only do they normally CONTAIN NO INGREDIENTS THAT OPTIMIZE PITUITARY AND LIVER FUNCTION, THE TWO GLANDS INVOLVED IN HGH PRODUCTION, but according to a very informative book by Dr. H.A. Davis dealing with natural supplementation:
